Omera Specialty Trimming & Beading Machines

Omera RA-1200S

A custom designed machine developed for the automatic production of medium size aluminum Road signs. The machine carries out two operations, vertical bending and inward flanging by means of servo driven Slides. The blank and finished parts are also loaded/ unloaded by means of Servo Drives.

The machine is equipped with CNC controls that enable the loading of CAD files which are translated into the machine program automatically. The machine sets all the required parameters to make the parts. The reduction in set up time, overall efficiency and less complicated tooling (no need for copying cams) helps this machine pay for itself.

Omera R-400 SPIN

The R-400-SPIN is a combination Spinning/Trimming & Beading machine. Designed for the mass production of aluminum reflectors, this machine performs vertical spinning operations in two directions. The onboard inverter allows Spindle speeds of between 100 and 1,000 RPMs.

After Spinning, the machine performs edge profiling such as trimming, beading and curling. This unique machine is truly two machines for the price of one.

Omera R-700S

Special machine designed to precisely position the blank parts for assembly by Lock Seaming with 100 kN of force. This application required both a high degree of precision and brute force. All the working actions are NC controlled.

Omera RD-2/6

Custom designed machine for the fabrication of large truck converters/mufflers. The Presser Column stroke and force were modified. Lock seaming operations are performed on round and oval parts at a high rate of speed and force.
