The Mark Surface Grinders offer simple machine design and controls. The main machine parts are annealed twice during the manufacturing process, to eliminate any form of stress during machining and internal stress developed during the foundry process. All ways are turcite-coated and automatically lubricated.

The hydraulic system is designed to assure low temperature rise, and all machines starting from 16″ x 28″ feature an additional air cooling system to guarantee high accuracies during grinding, and shock free performance.

The grinding spindles are of cartridge type design, well balanced and absolutely vibration free with a vibration displacement of 1.5 micron and run-out of within 0.00004″.
